The Wyche Innovation Centre comprises a main building divided into offices ranging from approximately 120 sq.ft (11 sq.m) to over 200 sq.ft (18 sq.m). Some offices are single, whilst others have adjoining offices enabling you to have several employees in close proximity. Our serviced office prices start from £1.80 per square foot per month, and in most circumstances include furniture, business rates, and utilities. Shared offices and hot desk arrangements are also available.

Adjoining the main building are four industrial units of approximately 1000 ft² (92 m²). These are ideal for larger businesses requiring open plan offices, R&D space or light manufacturing space. One of these is now allocated to the Hot Desk zone and another is being fitted out as the new visitor information centre / seminar space with ancillary cafe.

We offer flexible terms and actively encourage businesses to grow and move on so we may well have space that becomes available at short notice even if we cannot accommodate all your needs immediately.
