The Wyche Innovation Centre is located in Upper Colwall, Malvern and comprises a main building divided into offices ranging from approximately 120 sq.ft (11 sq.m) to over 200 sq.ft (18 sq.m). Some offices are single and ideal for 2-3 people, whilst others are adjoining office suites enabling you to have several employees in close proximity. Our serviced office prices start from about £2.00 per square foot per month, and in most circumstances include furniture, business rates, and utilities. Shared offices and hot desk arrangements are also available.
Adjoining the main building are four industrial / innovation units of approximately 1000 ft2 (92 m2). These are ideal for larger businesses requiring open plan offices, R&D space, or light manufacturing space. One of these units is currently allocated to the Hot Desk zone and another is the visitor information centre / seminar space (Malvern Hills GeoCentre) with ancillary cafe (Cafe H2O).
We also have some storage units / storage sheds (lock-ups) available for rent on site. These can be annexed to an office if your business needs to store additional equipment, or they can be rented seperately by businesses or individuals.
We offer flexible terms and actively encourage businesses to grow and move on, so we may well have space that becomes available at short notice even if we cannot accommodate all your needs immediately.
