Boardroom
This shared meeting room seats up to 8 people comfortably around a large oval table and can accommodate about 10 people in total. The room has free Wi-Fi, is equipped with a flat screen for HDMI and VGA projection, and has teleconference equipment on request. This room is ideal for customer meetings, board meetings, committee meetings, and group presentations. Telephone calls are charged separately.
Resident companies at the Centre are able to use this facility for free on a fair-use booking basis. Non-resident companies may join the Centre on the PAYG Access level and can then book the boardroom at £15.00 ex VAT per hour. Contact us for more details. Seminar / Training Room
The Seminar / Training Room is part of the Malvern Hills GeoCentre and is available on Wednesdays for business meetings. The room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a digital projector, and toilet facilities and a ramp for disabled access. Business meetings can also be convened by arrangement in the evenings.
The room can be laid out in a number of formats, including:
- Up to 60 seats (40 comfortably) in a forward-facing seminar (theatre style) arrangement.
- Up to 20 seats around a large table in a boardroom style arrangement.
- Up to 16 seats / 8 tables in a forward-facing training room arrangement, with the option to have more seats around the tables.
Resident companies and companies that have joined the Centre on the PAYG Access level can book this facility for business use at £30.00 ex VAT per hour. Contact us for more details.
